Shipping policy
Order Processing
All in stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on current inventory levels. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
All team stores and pre-orders are processed in 10-14 business days following the deadline. Sometimes things out of our control slow this down, but specific details will be communicated in the team store. Most team stores are delivered to the school/coach/organization the is hosting the store.
Local Pickup
Free Local pickup is available at our store at 509 4th Street, Centralia, KS 66415. Our store hours are typically Monday-Friday, 10am - 4pm and we are also available by appointment!
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer Flat Rate Priorty Shipping (3-5 business days) for $12. All orders over $150 ship for free. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Lost Packages
Crimson Concepts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at jessica@crimson-concepts.com so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
